The continuous efforts and customer’s confidence in us gave an opportunity for the new phase of expansion, we have started one sub-contract manufacturing unit in Gujarat State in 2006, with all facilities like Friction Welding, Heat treatment, CNC machining all under one roof, working round-o-clock for our customers. |

Today we are equipped with two Friction Welding Machines, Three Furnaces for post heat treatment and Tool room facility to support work holding requirements of the production of various components. |

Our Friction Welding Machines have Computerized control with customized software to monitor and control all process parameters for good and consistent quality of weld joint. Database of set and actual parameters for each & every job is stored in the computer .

After establishing its reputation in sub-contract welding services, FWTPL have recognized that there is an increasing need within a variety of industries for competitively priced Friction Welding Machines, which led us to next phase of expansion. |

In Jan 2007, FWTPL entered into Friction Welding Machine refurbishing business

In March 2007 FWTPL bagged first order for refurbished Friction Welding Machine and is successfully installed for welding of drill blanks at ZBIL (Zenith Birla India Ltd.),Nasik Plant. |

In Nov. 2007 FWTPL bagged second order for establishing the entire set up for mfg. drill blanks which includes KUKA Refurbished Friction Welding Machine with Deflash machine Normalizing and Annealing Furnaces. The set up is in operation since Oct. 2008 at Miranda Tools Pvt. Ltd., Ankleshwar Plant. |
